How it works

Log a brew in a few seconds

Add a bag by pointing your camera at the label. Every field shows what you used last time, and a timer walks you through the brew.

Answer two questions

Was it sour or bitter? Was it thin or heavy? Each answer is anchored to something you've actually tasted, so you don't need a cupping vocabulary to use it.

Change one thing

Kaapi gives you a single adjustment and the reason for it. One change at a time is the only way the next cup tells you anything. Most bags come good in three or four brews.

Every bag teaches the next one

Open a new bag and Kaapi suggests where to start, based on where your own coffees landed. Over time it learns the grind, ratio and temperature you keep coming back to, and which origins and processes you rate highest.

Yours, and only yours

No account, no sign-up, no analytics. Kaapi makes no network requests at all — your brew log lives on your iPhone, and you can export the whole thing as a plain file any time. Read the privacy policy.
